Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of IT systems
  • Technical support for implemented solutions, solving notifications
  • Customer support during software tests
  • Agreeing and analyzing business requirements
  • Process automation
  • Preparation of documentation of prepared solutions
  • Providing technician support for customers
  • Providing presales support for Sales Managers
  • Preparations of POC (Proof of Concepts)
  • Preparation of technical parts of the offers for the customers
Kariera - wymagania

Our expectations

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT segment/helpdesk, preferred technical orientation in hardware and software infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of network and Active Directory operations
  • Communicative English
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Business thinking and customer oriented presentation skills 
  • Skills in writing technical articles and product descriptions

Welcome

  • The ability to create and modify scripts (mainly JavaScript / jQuery and Powershell)
  • Ability to write queries to SQL databases (Postgres, MS SQL)
  • Knowledge of the ITIL good practice collection
  • Knowledge of HelpDesk and MDM class systems
